Cancel your subscription

Apple manages billing. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MyGlow+ and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from MyGlow: Me → MyGlow+ → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal (or before your free trial ends) to avoid the next charge.

Restore a purchase

On the paywall tap Restore, or in the app go to Me → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Delete your account and data

Go to Me → Delete account and confirm by signing in once more. Everything is deleted, including photos in the cloud, and Sign in with Apple access is revoked. If you don't subscribe, tap View my data on the paywall to see and delete your logs, or delete your account from there. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Report a post or user

In Community, tap ••• on a post → Report post or Block. We review reports within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email support@myglowglp.fit. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.

Apple Health

MyGlow reads your latest weight and saves weights you log in MyGlow. To change access, open the Health app → Sharing → Apps → MyGlow.

Reminders

Change dose reminders in Me → Reminders. If they never arrive, check Settings → Notifications → MyGlow. Reminders are off while you're on a break.
