These Terms govern your use of the MyGlow mobile application (bundle ID: com.myglow.myglow) and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MyGlow ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent developer.
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that:

MyGlow makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or data in the app.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MyGlow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms before using the app.
The Service is not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by applicable law. By using the app, you represent that your use does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or an email address and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or subscription limitations is prohibited.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. See our Privacy Policy for information on data retention after deletion.
MyGlow may offer a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription with full access. Features available under each tier are displayed within the app and subject to change.
Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment is processed by Apple or Google, and their respective terms and refund policies apply to your purchase. We do not directly process or store payment card information.
Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat on our behalf. Your subscription entitlements are linked to your app store account and may be restored across devices via Settings → Restore Purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated before purchase. You will be charged the applicable subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the premium subscription after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their respective platforms, as they are responsible for billing. We do not process refunds directly. We may, at our sole discretion, offer goodwill credits or extensions in exceptional circumstances.
Certain app features are presented behind a paywall managed by Superwall. The specific features gated behind a paywall may vary and are subject to change. We reserve the right to move features between free and paid tiers with reasonable notice.
By using MyGlow, you agree not to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
MyGlow allows you to create and store personal content including health logs, journal entries, progress photos, and notes ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant MyGlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
If MyGlow offers community or social features (such as shared posts or community boards), any content you post publicly is visible to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you share publicly. Do not post:
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users or the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. MyGlow is not liable for any User Content posted by you or other users.
The MyGlow app, including its design, code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and all other content created by us (collectively, "MyGlow Content"), is owned by MyGlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal device(s) for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Cloudinary, RevenueCat, Superwall, Apple, and Google (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). Your use of these Third-Party Services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of Third-Party Services. Links or integrations with Third-Party Services do not constitute our endorsement of those services.
The availability of the Service may depend on Third-Party Services that are outside our control. We are not liable for any interruption or unavailability caused by Third-Party Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyGlow expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
We do not warrant that use of the Service will improve your health outcomes. Health and wellness outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyGlow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
In no event shall MyGlow's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to MyGlow in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, MyGlow's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyGlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by selecting Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by contacting us at support@myglow.app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@myglow.app and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and MyGlow agree to resolve any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below.
Arbitration will be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration provider under its applicable rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and MyGlow each waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. Users in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration or class action waivers are prohibited by law are not subject to those provisions.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have the right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits that right where it is guaranteed by applicable law. EU users may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that court proceedings are permitted under these Terms, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
Users in jurisdictions that prohibit certain provisions of these Terms may have different rights under applicable local law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory protections provided by law.
